What we collect
When you send a request through the contact form or the project planner, we store the data you provide: your name, the contact details you choose to share, your message and the answers you give about your project. Files you attach later via WhatsApp or email stay in those channels.
Why we collect it
The only purpose is to respond to your request and, if we start working together, to manage your project. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use it for profiling.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in the application database with access restricted to the administrator. Private project data (photos, documents, budgets) is visible only to the people invited to that project, according to their role.
Analytics
The site can operate without third-party analytics. If analytics is enabled, only aggregated usage events (such as a click on the WhatsApp button) are recorded — never the content of your messages.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion. Use any contact channel published on this site.
Exact addresses
Exact addresses of private construction sites are never published on the public site. Project locations are shown approximately.
